OUR MISSION
Our mission at RVA Thrive is to train and equip athletes mentally, physically, and spiritually. Focusing on key fundamental values such as teamwork, perseverance, diligence, and loyalty, the athletes will develop an awareness of the model they have in Christ. Through the sport of cheerleading, we will celebrate both individuality and team unity, always aspiring to grow and improve in our sport while encouraging one another along the way. RVA Thrive will aim to build up positive leaders both on and off the mat, striving to put the leader back in cheerleader. The inspiration for our program centers around learning to do more than just survive. No matter the storms that come, we were made to “Thrive”.
WHO WE ARE
Established in 2020, RVA Thrive Cheerleading is central Virginia's first Impact Cheerleading program. Located in the heart of Chesterfield, VA, our goal is to provide a Christ centered, competitive cheer arena for our athletes, and to build a family environment to any and all who enter our program. While training athletes to be competitive in the sport, we also focus on things such as accountability, dedication, and sportsmanship first and foremost. Training Christlike leaders on and off the mat will always take precedence above a trophy or placement.

Impact Cheerleading is an extension of FCC and is the Christian based cheerleading competition circuit that RVA Thrive competes in yearly. It provides our athletes and families with the opportunity to be surrounded by other Christ centered teams all working towards the same goal.
